“KINECT through movement” with FitKINECT,  a barefoot, interval training class! This class will surely engage your mind, body while optimising heart rate, core strength, endurance, and fat burning.  All levels are welcome to workout at your own pace, safely progressing to the next level as your body adapts each week.
